Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Self Center, we are committed to providing you with a transformative coaching experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Please note: the policy may vary depending on the specific service or program you are enrolled in. Each program has its own terms, which will be outlined during the registration process.

Cancellations by Clients

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and maintain an efficient schedule.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except at the discretion of The Self Center.
For package clients, rescheduling or cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance for each individual session within the package. Failure to do so will result in a session being deducted from your package total.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

The service was not provided due to an issue on our end.
The client meets the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Exclusions:

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, workshops, or courses unless due to exceptional circumstances, as determined at our discretion.
Refunds are not applicable for digital products or resources once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Processing Refunds:

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Coaching Packages

We understand that life circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a coaching package, the following refund policy applies:

Full refund: If you have not yet used any sessions and wish to cancel your coaching package within 7 days of purchase.
Partial refund: If you cancel after having attended some sessions, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused sessions. The cost of any sessions already attended will not be refunded.
No refund: Once a package is 30 days past the purchase date or you have completed more than 50% of the sessions in the package, no refund will be issued.

Special cases: If you are unhappy with our services, you can request a refund anytime during your program. Approval will be at our discretion.

Program-Specific Terms

Since each program may have unique policies, the cancellation and refund terms will be specified on the program registration page. You will have an opportunity to review and agree to the relevant terms before making a purchase. These terms supersede the general policy above for each specific program.

By registering for a program, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to the specific cancellation and refund terms associated with that program.

Session Expiry

Sessions in a package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

No Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notifying us in advance, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will not be rescheduled. You will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions

In certain extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen life events, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of The Self Center.

Modification of Policy

The Self Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance and will be effective immediately.

By booking a session with The Self Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
